Acceptance of Terms
This Terms of Service is a contract between you and Tagghub and applies to your use of Tagghub’s service and any related products and services available through www.tagghub,com. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service, please do not use or access our products and services.
You must read, agree with, and accept all the terms and conditions in this Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member of Tagghub.
Modifications of Terms of Service
Tagghub reserves the right to modify or replace this Terms of Service at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. You shall be responsible for reviewing and keeping updated with this agreement. Use of the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the agreement as modified.
Confidentiality
By signing up as member and utilizing the services provided by Tagghub, you agree not to disclose Tagghub’s Confidential Information. This confidential information includes (without limitation), online shop urls and software created specially for Tagghub.
You are prohibited to take unlawful actions such as hacking, code manipulation, or forceful server entry. If you are caught breaching any of the Tagghub’s software systems, you will be removed from Tagghub and charges may be filed in a court of law.
Members Obligations
As a condition to using services provided by Tagghub, you are required to register an account with Tagghub. You shall provide Tagghub with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your Tagghub account. Tagghub reserves the right to refuse any registration without prior notice.
Subscription to an account are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old, whether acting on their own behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity. If you do not so qualify, do not attempt to register or use our services.
Members are allowed to create and maintain a maximum of one account at Tagghub. In addition, members are allowed to maintain only their own account; under no circumstances should accounts be shared or managed by anyone other than the original owner. Any member found to have more than one account in any server is in direct violation of Tagghub’s Terms of Service. Tagghub reserves the right to terminate any member in breach of this term.
You shall not be engaged in any fraud or deceptive measures to generate credits or edit, modify, filter, truncate or change any information provided by Tagghub to you.
No Guarantee
Tagghub does not provide guarantee with regards to the services provided as follows:
1. Downtime of Tagghub.com due to external factors or previously scheduled maintenance. External factors, beyond the control of Tagghub, may comprise of any maintenance the webhosting company (whom Tagghub is engaged with) might carry out, any failures of your equipment, systems or local access services or natural disasters.
2. Dissemination of advertisement tags when using the services of Tagghub.
3. Increased customers/website traffic upon usage of services by Tagghub.
No Warranty
Tagghub makes no warranty, express or implied, including without limitation with respect to advertising and other services, and expressly disclaims the warranties or conditions of non-infringement, merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent ads and links, are based on or displayed in connection with non-Tagghub content, Tagghub shall not have any liability in connection with the display of such ads, and links.
Miscellaneous
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic Of Singapore. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Agreement shall otherwise remain in effect and enforceable.

This Terms of Service is effective as of May 23, 2009 and last updated May 23, 2009.
